The first consultation is free of charge.
It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
At the beginning of the process, a written agreement is established outlining all important framework conditions in a transparent way.

Counselling & Coaching Process
Both counselling and coaching processes usually consist of 6 sessions.
This structure provides a clear and supportive framework for focused development.
If needed, the process can of course be extended.
